We were working together today to build huts with blankets and tables.
Some of us had never made a hut before and it was very exciting.

How should we put the tables?

I'm already in a hut!

This blanket keeps slipping. What should we do?

We had to work together to solve problems.

Some questions we needed to figure out were:

How do we build a hut? What things do we need?

How do we arrange the tables? Can we use chairs?

How do we stop the blankets slipping?

Our roof is high so we have lots of room.

We used two blankets and put blocks on top to stop them moving.

We had a visitor in our huts. Do you know who it was?

A Change is Gonna Come...

Change is everywhere and everyone has the power to choose to make a change to their lives, so that each day is better.

We have been practicing our item on the stage with the children from rooms 4 and 13.

Can you work out what our item in the operetta might be about?

We are going to be very busy in week 9 with rehearsals and night performances.

Children need to be at school by 6.45pm for the evening shows.

Rooms 4, 5 & 13 – go to Room 5 for the evening shows.

Monday 10^th10am Full School Dress Rehearsal

Tuesday 11^thMatinee 10am for pre-schools

Evening Performance 7pm

Wednesday 12^thMatinee 1pm

Evening Performance 7pm

Thursday 13^thEvening Performance 7pm

All children in Rooms 4, 5 & 13 must be collected from Room 5 so we know they are safe.

Akomanga Rima had some very special spring time visitors.

Kelly and her children showed us their two lambs.

One lamb was white and one lamb was black.

The white lamb was Michael and the black lamb was Cuddles.

They ran around the class and we got to pat them.

Some people got to feed the lambs some milk from a bottle.

Michael drank his bottle fast and then tried to drink all of Cuddles milk too.
