Stories to listen to ... Read by Mrs M.

Story 1- Piranhas don't eat bananas by Aaron Blabey.
Story 2- The wide mouth frog by Keith Faulkner.
Story 3 - Dear Zoo by Rob Campbell.
Story 4 - BasketWork by Lynley Dodd.
Room 6 distance learning is in full swing.

Lots of families are trying different tasks on Seesaw and the "Weekly Overview". I have really enjoyed responding to the different things families are trying and doing at home.

At this time of the lockdown, it is still important to keep things simple and just do the activities that fit in around family life and our current environment.

In my our home we have had lots of time to play games, create lego cities, dig holes in the lawn, bike, walk, have crazy hair, try trick shots, bake, draw,  paint nails, read books, clean the kitchen cupboards, garden and watch lots of movies !!

Lets stay connected and keep strong as we keep moving forward as a country. Kia Kaha Room 6.

From my bubble to yours I hope you are doing well and keeping safe.

As we head into what is going to be the start of Term 2 we need to be reminded that teaching and learning will look different for the next little while.

Below are some links to Nathan Wallis videos speaking regarding our current situation.
