We travelled on the school bus to Mystery Creek.
Allan showed us lots of old things like the washing machine, the old camera, an old iron,
an old dentists chair and old clothes that we could try on.
Earl showed us old tractors, old carriages that horses had to pull and a frog!
Inside he showed us how they used to make butter.
Then we visited the old village and saw the old school room, the jail, the old hospital, the church the petrol station and the blacksmiths who used to make shoes for the horses.
Our favourite things were the school, the jail, the hospital, the cow, the petrol station, the blacksmiths, the plane and finding the letters.
We learned how to make butter and that milk comes from cows.
We learned it is dark and spooky in the jail and that the dental nurse's drill used to hurt more than it does today.
